Acceptable use policy
Effective 1 August 2026. EgaClip may be used only for lawful, rights-cleared, and appropriately disclosed production.
Rights and authorisation
You must own or hold the permissions needed for every prompt, upload, brand, performance, voice, likeness, music track, and other protected element submitted to EgaClip.
Do not create or distribute a real person's likeness or voice without appropriate consent, or misrepresent a synthetic performance as an authentic statement by that person.
Prohibited content and conduct
EgaClip may not be used for sexual exploitation, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, fraud, impersonation, deceptive political persuasion, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, malware, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or unlawful surveillance.
Do not bypass moderation, identity checks, credit controls, render limits, security protections, or geographic and legal restrictions.
Publication responsibilities
Review every output before publishing. Keep AI disclosure or provenance information when EgaClip policy or applicable rules require it, and correct a misleading publication promptly.
Enforcement
EgaClip may reject a request, preserve relevant records, restrict generation, suspend access, revoke an Identity Pack, or notify an appropriate authority or rights holder when reasonably necessary for safety, law, or platform integrity.
