Copyright and rights-holder requests
Effective 1 August 2026. Rights holders can report material they believe infringes copyright or another protected right.
What to provide
Send the work claimed, the EgaClip output or location at issue, your contact information, the basis of your authority, a good-faith statement, and an electronic signature to info@egaclip.com with the subject Rights-holder notice.
If available, include the project, generation, download, or public-share reference. Do not send unrelated identity documents until EgaClip requests a secure verification method.
Review and preservation
EgaClip may preserve relevant upload, generation, moderation, consent, publication, and download records; restrict access to disputed material; ask for more information; and notify the affected account where lawful.
Counter-notices and mistakes
A user who believes material was restricted by mistake may respond with the relevant rights or licence evidence. Restoration depends on applicable law, provider requirements, and a completed review.
Repeat or serious infringement
EgaClip may suspend repeat infringers or accounts presenting serious rights risk. Fraudulent notices or counter-notices may create legal liability.
