EgaClip Privacy Policy
Effective July 29, 2026. This policy explains how EgaForce LLC handles information when you use EgaClip.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, user ID, authentication records, subscription and purchase history, support messages, and security events.
When you choose to provide them, we process prompts, images, video, audio, identity references, brand assets, project settings, and generated outputs to provide EgaClip features.
We collect device identifiers used for push notifications, fraud prevention, security, and enforcement of plan limits. We also collect product interaction, crash, and performance information needed to operate and improve the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide generation and editing features, manage projects and downloads, process entitlements, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, maintain safety records, and improve reliability.
EgaClip does not sell personal information. EgaClip does not use personal information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
Storage, sharing, and retention
We use service providers for cloud hosting, storage, email, diagnostics, payments, and AI processing. They receive only the information required to perform services for EgaClip and are subject to appropriate contractual and security controls.
Uploaded and generated media is retained according to the applicable plan and project settings. Expired temporary downloads may be deleted automatically. Identity and voice data is protected with additional access controls and may be revoked or deleted subject to legal and safety-record requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may access and update profile information in the app, manage notifications in device settings, revoke approved identity use, and request account deletion from the app.

Children and changes
EgaClip is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by other appropriate means.
