EgaClip Terms of Use

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

You may not use EgaClip for fraud, harassment, impersonation, deceptive political content, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation of minors, infringement, malware, or other unlawful or harmful activity.

You must own or have all necessary rights and permissions for prompts, media, voices, identities, trademarks, and other material you submit.

Real-person workflows require authorization and may require consent and liveness checks. Generated media may include visible or invisible disclosure, watermarking, provenance, and generation records.

Project duration controls the assembled editor timeline. Credits control requested AI-generated footage and advanced AI operations. Render slots control active GPU work, and retention policies control how long assets remain available.

Subscriptions renew according to the interval, price, renewal date, and provider shown before purchase. Manage or cancel through the provider identified in Billing. Provider rules and non-waivable consumer law govern eligible refunds.

AI generation may produce unexpected results and is not guaranteed to be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.

The service may change, pause, or discontinue features for safety, legal, licensing, maintenance, or technical reasons. To the extent permitted by law, EgaClip is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
