Email support@egaclip.com with your account email, project ID, and a clear description of the issue.
Do not include passwords, payment-card details, private keys, or identity verification documents in your message.
Billing and subscriptions
The checkout screen identifies the payment provider, price, tax handling, renewal terms, credits, storage, cancellation rule, and refund reference before confirmation. Manage an active subscription through the provider identified in Billing.
EgaClip keeps provider references, receipts, reconciliation records, and entitlement history but does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Account and content
You can request account deletion inside EgaClip from Account, Privacy and security, Delete account.
For safety or consent concerns involving generated media, include the generation ID so the EgaClip team can investigate promptly.
