Identity, likeness, and voice consent
Effective 1 August 2026. Real-person and cloned-voice workflows require explicit, scoped, and revocable authorisation.
Identity Packs
An Identity Pack links an approved person, permitted uses, reference assets, verification state, expiry, revocation state, and audit history. A ready pack does not grant broader rights than the recorded permission.
EgaClip may require adult confirmation, liveness or identity checks, separate voice permission, and evidence that the requester may act for the represented person.
Scope and expiration
Consent should identify the person, requester, approved uses, territories or channels where relevant, voice permission, and an expiry date. Material changes require renewed approval.
Revocation
The represented person or authorised controller may revoke future use. Revocation blocks new generation and starts the applicable deletion or preservation workflow; it cannot automatically recall lawful copies already published outside EgaClip.
Public figures and sensitive uses
EgaClip may refuse public-figure, political, financial, medical, sexual, deceptive, or high-risk identity uses even when a requester claims permission. Disclosure may be mandatory.
Requests
Send consent, revocation, or suspected misuse requests through /report-misuse/ or support@egaclip.com with the relevant Identity Pack or generation reference.
